Tong Kan, Don Joso and Lappa, and I learn with pleasure that your Government proposes to employ vessels to police the waters that wash those islands. Jush policing should be of much nasistance in rendering these islands less frequented by pirates.

In conclusion I beg to reciprocate the sentiments, to which Your Exosilenoy has given expression, of continued co-operation between the Colony of kaowo and the colony of long Kong in relieving their trade and commerce of a common scourge.
